Article 2 – Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the webshop.
Article 3 – Products
The Seller offers custom-made 3D-printed lampshades and bases. Electrical components are supplied separately.
Article 4 – Custom-made products
All products are manufactured only after an order has been placed and paid for. Products are custom-made based on the options selected in the webshop. Customers may contact the Seller by email prior to ordering for questions or proposals.
Article 5 – Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros and are exclusive of VAT. VAT is not charged as the Seller operates under the applicable VAT exemption scheme. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Payment must be completed before production starts.
Article 6 – Delivery
Production starts after receipt of payment. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 14 days, depending on production and shipping. The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to deliver within this timeframe. The risk of loss or damage remains with the Seller until the product has been physically delivered to the Customer.
Article 7 – Customs, import duties and taxes
Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Electrical components may be returned within 14 days if unused and undamaged.
Article 9 – Electrical components & installation
Electrical components are CE-certified and supplied separately. The Seller does not install or modify electrical components. Installation must be carried out by the Customer or a qualified person.
Article 10 – Use and safety
Only E27 LED light sources may be used. The maximum wattage specified by the manufacturer must not be exceeded.
Article 11 – Warranty and conformity
Minor deviations inherent to the 3D-printing process do not constitute a defect.
Article 12 – Liability
The Seller is only liable for direct damages attributable to the Seller and limited to the purchase price. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, incorrect installation or misuse, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Article 13 – Force majeure
Obligations are suspended during force majeure. If it lasts longer than 30 days, termination is possible.
Article 14 – Complaints
Visible damage must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Other complaints within 14 days.
Article 15 – Governing law
All agreements are governed by Swedish law.
Article 16 – Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy on the webshop.

Artikel 2 – Toepasselijkheid
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen en overeenkomsten via de webshop.
Artikel 3 – Producten
De Verkoper verkoopt op maat gemaakte 3D-geprinte lampenkappen en bases. Elektrische onderdelen worden los geleverd.
Artikel 4 – Maatwerk
Alle producten worden pas na bestelling geproduceerd. Het product wordt op maat gemaakt op basis van de gekozen opties. De Klant kan vooraf per e-mail contact opnemen voor vragen of voorstellen.
Artikel 5 – Prijzen en betaling
Alle prijzen zijn in euro’s en exclusief btw vanwege btw-vrijstelling. Verzendkosten worden apart vermeld. Betaling vooraf vereist.
Artikel 6 – Levering
De productie start na betaling. De geschatte levertijd bedraagt 3 tot 14 dagen. De Verkoper zal zich inspannen om binnen deze termijn te leveren. Het risico blijft bij de Verkoper tot ontvangst door de Klant.
Artikel 7 – Douane en invoerrechten
Invoerrechten en douanekosten zijn voor rekening van de Klant.
Artikel 8 – Herroepingsrecht
Maatwerkproducten zijn uitgesloten van herroeping. Elektrische onderdelen mogen binnen 14 dagen retour indien ongebruikt.
Artikel 9 – Elektrische onderdelen & installatie
Elektrische onderdelen zijn CE-gecertificeerd en niet gemonteerd. Installatie door de Klant of deskundige.
Artikel 10 – Gebruik en veiligheid
Gebruik uitsluitend E27 LED-lichtbronnen en overschrijd het maximale wattage niet.
Artikel 11 – Garantie en conformiteit
Kleine afwijkingen door het 3D-printproces gelden niet als gebrek.
Artikel 12 – Aansprakelijkheid
Aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot directe schade en maximaal het aankoopbedrag, behoudens opzet of grove nalatigheid.
Artikel 13 – Overmacht
Bij overmacht worden verplichtingen opgeschort. Na 30 dagen kan worden ontbonden.
Artikel 14 – Klachten
Zichtbare schade binnen 48 uur melden, overige klachten binnen 14 dagen.
Artikel 15 – Toepasselijk recht
Op alle overeenkomsten is Zweeds recht van toepassing.
Artikel 16 – Privacy
Persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt conform de privacyverklaring op de webshop.
