Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made via the webshop of 3D Lamp Studio and is based on our General Terms and Conditions.

Custom-made products

All lampshades and bases sold by 3D Lamp Studio are custom-made products. Production starts only after an order has been placed and paid for.

Because these products are made according to the customer’s specifications, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Custom-made lampshades and bases cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Electrical components (lamp socket, cable, switch)

Electrical components supplied with the order are standard products and are delivered separately.

These components may be returned within 14 days after delivery, provided that they are:

• unused
• undamaged
• returned separately

Return conditions

Returned items must be properly packaged. The customer is responsible for the return shipment and any risk during return transport, unless the return is the result of an error or defect caused by the seller.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue.

If the complaint is justified, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after the returned items have been received and inspected.
